Location: Vancouver. Must be willing to work in the downtown office 5 days per week.
Base Salary: $60,000 to $70,000 annually.
Performance Bonus: Up to $5,000 to $10,000 bonus paid out annually
We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Sales Operations Analyst to join our growing team. This role is critical in optimizing sales processes, analyzing data, managing inventory and supply chain coordination, and ensuring the seamless implementation of solutions for our national restaurant chain clients. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding & Implementation:
- Lead the onboarding and implementation process for national QSR accounts.
- Ensure smooth transitions and seamless project execution through effective collaboration.
Sales Process Optimization:
- Analyze and streamline sales processes to improve efficiency.
- Develop tools and reports to enhance sales performance and eliminate bottlenecks.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Gather and analyze sales data to support decision-making, performance tracking, and trend identification.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on metrics such as sales growth, account retention, and inventory levels.
Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination:
- Partner with suppliers and logistics teams to manage inventory levels and meet client packaging needs.
- Monitor changes in costs (FOB, freight, storage) and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.
CRM & System Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the CRM system (NetSuite).
- Ensure seamless communication and planning through organized data management.
Customer Communication:
- Provide clear and timely updates to clients regarding order status, shipment tracking, and project timelines.
- Act as a key point of contact for customer inquiries and updates.
Process Automation:
- Identify inefficiencies and lead initiatives to optimize workflows.
- Implement and manage tools and technologies to automate manual sales processes.
Proposal & Project Support:
- Support the preparation of client proposals, quotes, and RFQs.
- Assist the National Account Manager with project-based tasks, such as presentations and client pitches.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Work closely with teams across the organization to align goals and ensure the successful execution of strategies.
Sales Reporting & Insights:
- Generate and analyze reports to provide actionable insights on pipeline visibility, sales trends, and forecasting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Operations, Data Analysis, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization tools.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience with inventory or supply chain management is an asset.
