Job Overview
This candidate will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery, and individual research. As a Sales Representative, you're the first step in the prospecting process. It's your job to set up appointments and find potential clients for the sales team. World Wide Logistics as a company, would rely on your persuasive abilities and creative methods of finding potential customers.

Responsibilities
(What you bring)
- Prospect, identify, and build strong business opportunities with existing and potential clients
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Contact potential clients daily in an effort to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Maintain client databases and lead generation activity records with accuracy
- Problem-solve and negotiate potentials sales offers, services, and benefits to prospective and existing clients
- Have the ability to work in a high-pressure environment, and work through differences to reach a positive conclusion
- Work with the team to develop proposals that cater to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Knowledge in the Book of Business is an asset
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Employment Requirements
- Completion of post-secondary education (or equivalent)
- Ability to persevere through rejection and maintain company standards
Optional Experience
- 1 - 2 years of Logistics sales experience (preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft CRM Dynamics is an asset
- Strong geographical knowledge of North America is an asset
Compensation
- Salary + uncapped commission
Work Location
- On-site 5 days a week (Monday - Friday)
