The role:
The Inside Sales Rep (known as a Partner Advisor internally) will work in collaboration with their field team counterpart to increase sales within their assigned geographic territory, meet or exceed designated sales budgets, and achieve metrics in all key performance indicator areas.
You will build strong relationships with their customers and colleagues in a remote work environment.
Partner Advisors will use a range of technological platforms that will help to identify revenue driving opportunities within their account base and provide the best customer support.
What you will do:
- Grow account revenues within assigned geographic territory by building relationships with customers.
- Implement sell-in and sell-through strategies customized for each assigned account in collaboration with your field team counterparts.
- Manage a systematic outbound communication rotation (call cycle) with all assigned accounts to communicate plans, marketing and education programs.
- Allocate time for customer outreach to new prospective salon partners to gain interest in the brand and grow account base.
- Manage daily order processing while providing the best support.
What you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree or minimum 3+ years of experience
- Bilingual (French/English)
- Minimum of Years Sales Experience
- Proven record of success in an outbound customer support environment
- Proficient in all MS systems including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams
- Data Entry Skills
A reasonable salary is: $50,000 - $60,000.
