Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Outside Sales Specialist. We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Outside Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new business contracts, driving sales growth, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will also act as a subject-matter expert for our products and services, ensuring customers have the knowledge and tools they need for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients and onboard new contracts successfully.
- Provide detailed product and service information to clients, addressing their needs effectively.
- Conduct regular sales activities such as client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of customer orders and services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and business growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust with clients.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Technical knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
