How your role will add to the story:
The Site Support Processor (SSP) will carry out daily tasks to support PDC productivity and meet quality assurance standards. Additionally, the SSP will assist PDC Operations as needed by providing data and reports for basic analysis.
A day in the life
- Process Returns: Handle returns to the Global Logistics Center (GLC) by entering overages, shortages, and core returns in Paragon. Coordinate with 3PL to ensure timely returns and provide necessary documentation for analysis.
- Dealer Returns: Review and approve dealer claims, provide feedback for incomplete submissions, and work with 3PL staff to ensure smooth processing and timely dealer credits.
- Inventory Control: Reconcile inventory, perform analysis using Paragon and DView, and coordinate with 3PL to follow procedures.
- Inbound Freight & Orders: Manage inbound freight, organize put-away, process daily orders, pack shipments, and reconcile inventory.
- Dealer Support: Respond promptly to dealer inquiries via email or phone and provide necessary assistance.
- Reporting: Prepare data and analysis for KPI, Head Office, and NAFTA reporting.
- Process Compliance: Support and enforce Mercedes-Benz processes within the PDC and ensure 3PL adherence to defined procedures.

Mercedes-Benz Star skills, requirements & traits:
- College Certificate or University Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in an OEM environment.
- ICC Certificate in Dangerous Goods.
- Comprehensive understanding of warehouse operations like receiving, sorting, and processing incoming goods, ensuring quality control, packing, and labeling items for shipment, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Proficient in MS Office and experience working with SAP.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional customer service mindset with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
- Ability to effectively address the needs of a diverse client base.

The salary range for the role is between $66,000 and $86,000
