We are a Revenue Processing Specialist seeking to join our team. As a Revenue Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for consolidating information from various partner systems, client contracts, tariffs and vendor quotations to develop sales quotes and budgets.
Responsibilities:
- Creating Budgets and estimates upon request from sales and customer service team.
- Consolidates information from multiple tariffs, contracts, and schedules to price and cost moves for our corporate accounts.
- Calculating booker margin for each budget.
- Estimate and process revenue based on revenue sharing model of Allied Van Lines
- Downloading Abstracts
- Assisting in revenue processing for QMM shipments
Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Management/Commerce
- Intermediate knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficient in MS Office Suite - Intermediate level
- Adept at working with multiple software programs
- Able to tackle and resolve non-routine assignments
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail
- Proven interpersonal and problem-solving skills
