The mission of the People Operations Department (known internally as People Integration) is to enable the most effective and efficient performance of People & Culture programs by establishing and championing the highest standards of operational excellence.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a unique opportunity to join the People Integration team where you will be part of the team responsible for running and improving People & Culture processes and programs to deliver a world-class employee experience to our People. As an Intern in People Integration, you will play a pivotal role in the set-up, planning, development, and execution of People & Culture activities across the employee lifecycle such as Hiring, Onboarding, Engagement, and Development. As part of our highly cross-functional business, you will gain exposure to our People & Culture business as you cultivate your operational excellence and business management skills. Our goal is that you will come out of your internship inspired, with meaningful experience and an enhanced skill set you can carry forward into your bright future.
THE ROLE
As an Intern in People Integration, you will support with:
- Managing and continuously improving Talent Programs to ensure day-to-day effectiveness and strategic alignment
- Defining strategic objectives and program structures
- Executing day-to-day program activities with quality and efficiency
- Identifying opportunities to inform strategic program roadmaps
- Gathering research and developing recommendations to improve the people experience
- Leveraging data and reporting to analyze program performance against key performance indicators
- Collaborating with People & Culture business partners to build and improve program processes, tools, and capabilities
- Project managing People & Culture initiatives to ensure all deliverables are executed on time and to the highest quality
- Facilitating the identification and resolution of cross-functional impacts across people, process, and technology
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Intern, People Integration has/is:
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution, with a preferred graduation date of April 2025 to April 2026
- Preferably pursuing a degree in Business or Human Resources
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
- Passion for Aritzia, the fashion industry and making a positive impact on People
- Skills and experience with PowerPoint and Excel are an asset
- A logical, organized approach with an appreciation for structure and details
- A problem solver who thinks critically to develop insightful solutions
- Work experience in Aritzia Boutiques, Concierge, or Distribution Centres is highly valued

THE LOGISTICS
- Internship Dates: May 12 - August 1, 2025 (12 weeks)
- Location: Vancouver, BC
- Successful candidates must be able to work at the primary work location and self-relocate if necessary
