Responsibilities

- Present and demonstrate products or services to clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools for account management and tracking sales activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in technology sales.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage accounts effectively while identifying opportunities for upselling.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to engage in outside sales activities, including travel as needed.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
