About The Role

We’re seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join our Operations & Analytics team, supporting key decision-makers with actionable insights and efficient dashboard solutions. What You’ll Do
- Maintain, update, and enhance dashboards using Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for leadership and finance teams.
- Perform monthly analyses of financial metrics, including organic growth and new business trends, delivering insights to unit leaders.
- Reconcile and upload data from multiple sources into visualization tools, ensuring consistency with corporate financial systems.
- Prepare revenue forecasts, including deferral calculations and year-end projections, to support business planning.
- Create and maintain automated processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual efforts across reporting workflows.
- Manage scorecard security, including access groups, data refresh schedules, and troubleshooting issues.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and collaborate on special projects to support business objectives.
Qualifications And Expertise That Pave The Way For Success
- 1-2 years of experience in data analysis or a related role, ideally with exposure to Power BI and advanced Excel functionalities (Pivot Tables, Macros, VBA, etc.).
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools, with a focus on creating impactful dashboards and reports.
- A degree in Analytics, Economics, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.
- A growth mindset with a drive to learn, collaborate, and innovate.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with leadership, finance, and other departments.
