We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This position involves various responsibilities, including food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
- Prepare food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas to meet health and safety regulations.
- Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Follow food handling guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of all food products.
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently during busy shifts.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong food handling skills with an understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Excellent time management abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a restaurant setting is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
