Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Build lasting relationships with customers by understanding their preferences, needs, and budgets.
- Expert Guidance: Confidently present and explain vehicle features, benefits, and financing options to help customers make informed decisions.
- Sales Goals: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Follow-Up: Stay in touch with clients to ensure they have a seamless experience and to nurture long-term loyalty.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with colleagues and management to deliver an exceptional buying experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry (not mandatory).
- Communication Skills: Outstanding interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Social Media Proficiency: Ability to create engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to showcase vehicles and promotions.
- Goal-Driven Attitude: Motivated, results-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
