If you are wanting to start in insurance, or are an experienced life insurance professional or financial planner looking for an opportunity to scale - we can help.
We offer a unique Final Expense product -selling clients end of life insurance. We have over 30 funeral locations locations throughout Western Canada and growing.
The population of those over 64 years of age in Canada is doubling and will continue to grow. There are no substitutions to dying and 100% of the population must buy final expense - in advance from you - or from a funeral home at death - by law there are no other options.
We have partnered with HUB Financial for our agents to acquire their LLQP once they are established. With your LLQP you can sell traditional life insurance and or build a team of agents.
Note: the LLQP is not required to start with our final expense role.
We are looking for
3 Agents for Vancouver Island,
3 Agents for the Lower Mainland,
2 for the BC Interior, and
1 for Smithers
We sell
- direct to consumers usually aged 40-65, as children organizing their parents' affairs.
- direct to consumers usually aged 65+ organizing their own affairs, as they age, retire, as term insurance becomes too expensive, writing a will, selecting a POA, or they start the decline in health through illness or advanced health issues
- direct to survivors that have used one of our funeral homes who now have first hand experience dealing with a death without the benefit of our product.
- acting as a product rep, you work with outside life insurance and financial planning agents needing additional coverage/products for their clients.
- by network referrals from allied professionals who want their clients to arrange final expenses in advance such as: lawyers, medical professionals, accountants, estate planners, social workers and more.
Experience
past insurance or financial planning experience
B2B sales
Self generated leads
Experienced or willingness to network. Key will be joining groups like the Chamber of Commerce or Board of Trade, where all the referral sources you will ever need are also members
Ability to plan and organize sales presentations, meetings and marketing strategies
Earnings & Potential
You will earn strong up front earnings on final expense
You can easily double those earnings with your LLQP and traditional life insurance
We pay yearly trailers on each policy, which you keep or sell
We offer mobility to move and work throughout BC, Alberta, Sask., and Manitoba
For motivated candidates this is a great opportunity to build you own captive sales team and or move into distribution, selling the product through existing outside agencies
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance
Pay: $75,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
