We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Associate to join our team. As a Social Media Assistant, you will play a vital role in managing our online presence across various platforms. If you have a passion for social media, strong organizational skills, and a flair for content creation, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and publish content across multiple social media platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, and others.
- Assist in editing short videos, reels, and YouTube shorts to engage our audience effectively.
- Create and shoot video content, including YouTube shorts, Instagram Reels, and interview-style videos.
- Monitor and track key metrics such as audience engagement, impressions, reach, referrals, and conversions to optimize our social media strategy.
- Schedule social media posts and stay updated with relevant news and content trends.- Stay informed about the latest developments in social media platforms and implement innovative strategies.
- Create and manage lead generation ads across various platforms to drive business objectives.
- Utilize art software such as Canva to design visually appealing posters and assist in video production.
- Provide assistance in organizing seminars and events.
- Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English with strong writing skills in both Chinese and English.
- Familiarity with business etiquette and relevant work experience in the real estate industry preferred.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements:
A background in design is preferred, but most importantly, we're seeking a candidate with a passion for creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, with strong writing skills in both Chinese and English.
- Previous experience in social media management and content creation is a plus.- Proficiency in video editing software and design tools is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative spirit are essential
