We are seeking a B2B Nail Care and Beauty Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for B2B customer service, sales, and a flair for nail and makeup products. If you enjoy working in a small team with flexible hours, a strong base hourly compensation with the potential for commission earnings, and can build sales relationships with business owners and professionals in the nail industry, we want to hear from you.
**Responsibilities:**
- Must be familair with CRM / ERP.
- MUST HAVE EXCEPTIONAL WRITTEN ENGLISH / WRITING SKILLS. Presentation is extremely important - even though this is virutal/remote - your emails and writing must be absolutely top-notch quality.
- MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH AND ABLE TO POST TO SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS using in-house generated content (i.e. product lines and brands).
- Must speak French and English fluently.
- Working in B2B sales - signing up new brick and mortar retail channels for our nail beauty products. Dealing directly with business owners of spas, salons, as well as professionals (nail technicians, estheticians, makeup artists, etc.)
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with product selection and inquiries
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to engage and build relationships with customers
- Ability to perform demonstration manicures / apply makeup on customers to showcase product features and benefits
- Drive retail sales by recommending and upselling products based on customer needs
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing presentation when approaching new potential business partners
- Able to attend local trade shows as needed
- Help coordinate with social media influencers in producing content for the company and brand
- Always maintain a professional manner
**Qualifications:**
- Certification / credentials as esthetician / nail tech industry an asset
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in manicure/makeup application techniques is a plus
- Previous retail sales and B2B experience is advantageous
- Organizational skills to maintain a tidy store appearance
- Ability to sell products persuasively based on customer preferences
This is a very hybrid/flexible role. You are able to work from home and set your own hours - but must be reasonably avaialble when reached out to by management (i.e. regular business hours). Also you will at times need to carry out physical vists to local businesses.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
