The Role
Support our customers by finding and negotiating transportation to ensure their products get from point A to point B. The better you do, the more money you make! On this team you will have the support to excel at work, and the opportunity to build a rewarding career.
Compensation range: $45,000.00 to $48,000.00 CAD + Performance Incentives
Each day will be different, yet a typical day will include:
- Solving complex problems within the transportation space.
- Building positive relationships with our clients.
- Working closely with managers and mentors to continuously improve your skills.
- Tracking information, and learning from your history to get better and make more money through profit sharing, and be considered for internal promotions.
What you need to succeed at RXO:
- High energy and a positive attitude.
- Solid communication skills.
- Hard working and self motivated.
- Love to jump on the phone and get stuff done.
- Tech Savvy - not afraid of new software and have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Not required, but an asset:
- Procurement experience.
- Transportation experience.
