We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bakery Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of various baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking areas.
- Follow food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the highest standards of hygiene.
- Package finished products for display and sale, ensuring they are visually appealing.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their selections and answering any questions they may have.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain workflow efficiency.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with customers.
- Experience or knowledge in the food industry, particularly in baking or food preparation.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Basic skills in cake decorating or a willingness to learn new techniques.
