The Role:
Are you an enthusiastic team player with a knack for sales? We're looking for a full-time Personal Lines Insurance broker to join our Vancouver office. From writing new policies to handling client inquiries, this role is dynamic and engaging. Experience with various marketing platforms is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Use creative sales strategies to convert leads into clients
- Provide tailored policy options and quotes to meet client needs
- Review policies for accuracy and recommend adjustments
- Deliver exceptional customer service for billing, claims, and policy issues
- Maintain accurate client information in databases
- Uphold high standards of customer service, teamwork, and excellence
Qualifications:
- University/College degree or equivalent experience
- BC General Insurance Level 2 license
- Minimum 2 years of Personal Lines Insurance experience
- Strong product knowledge and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, time management, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong technical knowledge of insurance policies
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy levels
- Proficient in Word & Excel
Certifications such as CAIB, CIP, FCIP, or CRM are a plus.
