We are currently seeking a bilingual Product Designer who is fluent in both Korean and English. This role requires exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with international teams and clients. Key Responsibilities
App and Web Service Design
- Plan and implement comprehensive designs for new app and web services, focusing on user-centered UI/UX.
- Deliver customized design solutions tailored to client requirements for web agency clients.
User Experience Problem Solving and Improvement
- Analyze user behavior and research to identify and solve UX problems.
- Design high-usability UX/UI based on team goals and direction.
Design Research and Optimization
- Study various references, latest UX/UI trends, and success stories to enhance design.
- Identify issues in existing designs and propose improvements to enhance user satisfaction.
- Execute advanced work including motion graphics and interaction design.
Design System Creation and Management
- Develop design guidelines and build design systems for various services.
- Review and update existing design system guidelines and components.
- Produce efficient design outputs using components and patterns.
- Ensure consistent user experience across devices and platforms (Web, iOS, Android).
Effective Collaboration and Communication
- Work with planning and development teams to create wireframes and prototypes for visualizing initial designs.
- Incorporate feedback and improve designs through regular review sessions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product design.
- Proven experience addressing user experience challenges and implementing effective improvements.
- Proficient in design tools like Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Experience in responsive design across various devices.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and feedback with planning and development teams.
- Attention to detail in usability and design, with the ability to systematically categorize work by components.
- Basic understanding of development environments.
- Fluent in English and Korean for effective communication and collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience analyzing data to understand user behavior and improve UX.
- Proficiency in using prototyping tools to implement design concepts.
- Familiarity with design systems and experience creating consistent designs based on them.
- Hands-on experience in building or managing design systems.
