Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for all food going to the guest
-Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities in the kitchen
-Be knowledgeable and experienced with the following cuisine: Burgers (c)+ Pizzas(c) + Breakfast/Brunch+Pub Food(better if you have experience in this)
- Ensure that all food meets quality standards and is prepared according to recipe specifications
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers
- Monitor food production to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment, following food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop special menus for events or promotions
Skills:
- Excellent knowledge in Greek and other food we offer
-Strong supervisory skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Extensive experience in the food industry, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu development
- Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and best practices for handling food
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with staff and customers.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality food

Pay: $21.00-$27.00 per hour
