In addition to salary, we offer uncapped commissions.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients to build a robust lead pipeline.
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships by providing tailored, innovative solutions.
- Deliver compelling and impactful product presentations that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Maintain detailed sales records and regularly report progress to the Sales Director.
- Provide outstanding post-sales support to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service teams to drive business growth.
- Actively participate in tradeshows, events, and conferences to expand networks and stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of IVD sales experience in B2B.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- A passion for connecting with clients and a drive to succeed.
- Willingness to travel for trade shows, customer visits, and business events.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: CA$40,000-50,000 /year plus uncapped commissions
