Our Hearing fitters are the managers of our clinics and in North Vancouver you will be working with Meaghan. You can expect a fun, energetic and very positive environment. We are looking for somebody to match this kind of energy.
Responsibilities
- Greeting clients, answering client queries. Working primarily with seniors. Generating a cheerful and caring atmosphere to help create an excellent client experience.
- Appointment scheduling- In addition to scheduling clients who contact us, taking initiative to keep the schedule full and efficiently booked.
- Hearing aid servicing- cleaning and changing parts. Training and supervision provided.
- Clerical - computer entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, paperwork completion and management especially third party.
- Shipping, receiving, preparing orders for fittings. Cash float management and receiving payments.
- Daily light cleaning and tidying - maintain a clean, organized and efficient office. Carry out disinfecting procedures.
We are looking for a mature individual looking for long term employment.
Must be outgoing, a true extrovert that can provide amazing customer service. Must be able to take direction and be self motivated.
