Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in managing our online sales platforms, ensuring efficient order processing, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce operations and possess skills in warehouse management and logistics.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and optimize stock replenishment.
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and clamp trucks for efficient material handling.
- Perform quality checks on outgoing orders to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the development of strategies to improve online sales performance and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns across e-commerce platforms.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the warehouse.
Skills
- Experience in any of the following is a plus: postal logistics, shelving, product packaging, e-commerce order fulfillment, or warehouse management.
- Strong organizational skills and a desire to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs regularly.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Driver’s license and access to a vehicle (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
