SUMMARY
The position is responsible for processing licensing applications and providing administrative support services.
This posting may be utilized to fill multiple vacancies.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Processes applications for new licenses, renewals, category/level changes, transfers, reinstatements and re-licenses, name changes, and team member changes.
- Processes applications and responds to enquiries relating to personal real estate corporations, licensing education and education requalification enquiries, licensing histories, suspensions, and terminations.
- Answers telephone and email enquiries relating to application deficiencies or system support needs.
- Provides clerical and administrative support.
- Contributes to the team’s development of internal work practices (e.g., policies, procedures, and tools).
- Provides orientation and training to internal and/or external stakeholders within area of responsibility.
- Contributes to, participates in, and supports organizational business transformation initiatives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Proven excellence in customer service skills.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel.
EDUCATION
- Secondary school graduation and some office experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
PROVISOS
