Overview:
Manites Flower Shop is a Korean family-owned flower shop in Burnaby. We are looking for a staff fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese to help with sales at the Lunar New Year festival pop-up at Aberdeen Centre. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales.
Must be available on all of the listed dates and times:
Jan 27-29
Duties:
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Actively engage with customers to build relationships and promote repeat business
Requirements:
- Must be proficient in Mandarin and Cantonese
- Enthusiastic and friendly personality, able to effectively communicate and explain products to customers.
