Position Overview:
The communications and Marketing Coordinator at Arbutus Laser plays a crucial role in shaping and executing our external communications strategies. Under the leadership of our senior management, this role offers the unique opportunity to drive our brand’s presence both online and offline. We're in search of a dynamic, creative, and strategic thinker who can navigate the ever-evolving landscape of digital marketing while maintaining our ethos of excellence and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, and social media platforms, to increase our clinic’s visibility and attract new patients.
- Create engaging and informative content for our social media channels, website, and email marketing campaigns, reflecting our commitment to excellence and innovation in aesthetic treatments.
- Manage and optimize our Google My Business listing and other online directories to improve local search visibility.
- Collaborate with partners to extend our brand reach, while ensuring alignment with our clinic’s values and standards.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and social media activity, using insights to guide future strategies.
- Coordinate with external marketing agencies or consultants as needed to achieve marketing objectives.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing and aesthetics to ensure our marketing efforts are cutting-edge and effective.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience: 2+ years in marketing, preferably with experience in the healthcare, aesthetics, or beauty industry.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, content creation software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva), and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Creativity: A flair for designing compelling marketing materials and digital content that captivates and engages our target audience.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data to inform marketing decisions, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to craft clear, persuasive, and brand-aligned messages.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
