Are you a digital marketing enthusiast passionate about growing DTC brands? OKOKO Cosmétiques, an award-winning beauty brand specializing in high-performance, sustainably sourced skincare, is looking for an ambitious Marketing & E-Commerce Assistant Intern to help drive our growth and success.
With over 29 beauty awards, OKOKO is recognized for its innovative, results-driven products. We’re looking for a dynamic individual to help us expand brand awareness, attract new customers, and form partnerships with retailers and wholesalers.
As part of our team, you will contribute directly to driving sales, boosting engagement, and executing impactful marketing strategies while growing and strengthening your skills in content creation and digital marketing.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales & Conversions:
- Optimize our Shopify store to increase traffic, conversion rates, and sales.
- Plan and execute product launches that create buzz and generate revenue.
Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns:
- Create targeted email marketing campaigns (experience with Klaviyo is a plus).
- Manage and grow OKOKO’s social media presence with engaging, high-quality content.
- Run online ad campaigns to attract new customers and drive brand awareness.
Content Creation & Brand Storytelling:
- Collaborate on creating content (blogs, videos, visuals) that aligns with our luxury skincare brand.
- Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all platforms.
Analyze & Improve Performance:
- Use data-driven insights to analyze campaign performance and refine strategies for growth.
- Monitor e-commerce metrics like traffic, conversion rates, and sales trends to identify opportunities for optimization.
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate is:
- Passionate about beauty products and digital marketing.
- Experienced with e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
- Familiar with email marketing tools (Klaviyo preferred) and social media platforms.
- A proactive problem-solver who can work independently and take initiative.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to brainstorm and execute new ideas to drive growth.
- Analytical, with a strong ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Bonus: Experience in the beauty or wellness industry.

Contract length: 3 months
Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
