We are seeking a Design Sales Associate to join our team and help us connect with new clients, generate leads, and support our marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:- Sales and Client Relations:
- Engage with potential clients to discuss their needs and introduce them to our services.
- Generate and follow up on leads to secure new projects for the firm.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through clear and professional communication.
- Marketing Support:
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns to promote our services.
- Manage social media accounts and content to engage our audience and showcase our design work.
- Collaborate on materials that highlight current trends and our firm's unique offerings.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with our design team to understand project requirements and relay client feedback effectively.
- Stay updated on interior design trends to provide informed suggestions to clients.
- Administrative Duties:
- Support organizational tasks, including scheduling client consultations and maintaining accurate records of sales and leads.
Qualifications:- Education:
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in marketing, interior design, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal communication skills in English; ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Sales experience and an ability to connect with people; retail experience is a plus.
- Understanding of interior design principles, trends, and materials.
- Proficient in social media management and basic marketing tools.
- Personal Attributes:
- Passionate about interior design and driven to learn more about the industry.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Location:
- Must be based in Vancouver, BC, with the ability to work in-person as needed.
