We are currently seeking a reliable and dedicated Weekend Cleaner for 2 Strata buildings to join our team. We are looking for a candidate who takes pride in maintaining a clean and pleasant environment for our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and sanitizing common areas: You will be responsible for cleaning and disinfecting common areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, staircases, and laundry rooms. This includes dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Restroom maintenance: Ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of public restrooms is a crucial aspect of this role. You will be responsible for cleaning and restocking supplies as needed.
- Reporting maintenance issues: Identifying and reporting any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate authorities promptly. This includes issues with lighting, plumbing, or any other facility-related concerns.
- Adhering to safety protocols: Maintaining a safe environment for both residents and staff members is a top priority. You will need to follow safety guidelines and utilize appropriate cleaning agents and equipment.
- Interacting with residents: Providing friendly and courteous service to residents is an essential part of this role. You may be required to address any immediate concerns or inquiries from residents during your shift.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail: Having a keen eye for detail and the ability to spot cleanliness issues is essential for maintaining high standards within the apartment complex.
- Reliability and punctuality: As a Weekend Cleaner, your presence is crucial during the designated hours. Being reliable and punctual is necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Flexibility: Being available to work weekends and potentially fill in for statutory holidays shifts if needed is highly desirable.
