Overview: Positon Hiring: Full-tIme / Part-tIme Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Operate and maintain claw machines to ensure their proper functioning.
2. Provide excellent customer service, including assisting customers in selecting and introducing claw machines, answering questions, and handling complaints.
3. Actively promote store products according to sales targets and provide personalized recommendations.
4. Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the store, including cleaning work areas and keeping claw machines clean.
5. Participate in store activities and promotions, wear mascot costumes as required, and interact with customers to create a lively store atmosphere.
6. Adhere to store policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and
Skills:
1. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers from different backgrounds.
2. Require outstanding English communication skills and knowledge of local multicultural backgrounds. Fluent use of Mandarin is an additional advantage.
3. Have a spirit of teamwork and the ability to collaborate and coordinate in a team environment.
4. Have a well-groomed appearance and demeanor to demonstrate respect for customers and store’s image.
5. Demonstrate a proactive work attitude and a strong sense of service.
6. Experience in similar positions is preferred, but inexperienced candidates will also be considered.
7. Preference will be given to those with a strong interest in claw machines, anime culture, and the entertainment industry.
8. Mandarin preferred.
