Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and information about daily specials.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system while ensuring all dietary restrictions are noted.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly to guests, ensuring that all items are prepared according to safety and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables, chairs, and service areas between guests.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing any concerns or requests promptly and courteously.
Experience
- 3-5 years previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting required
- WSET level 2 or equivalent work experience preferred
- Sake knowledge a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- SIR certificate necessary
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential; certification in food handling is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.40 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
