About the Role:
We are seeking a friendly and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key point of contact for customers, you will assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Freshers welcome—training provided!
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve complaints and provide solutions
- Process orders and returns
- Maintain customer records in the system
- Collaborate with teams to improve customer experience
- Provide product/service information
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Problem-solving attitude and patience
- Proficient in MS Office or similar software
- High school diploma required (post-secondary preferred)
