Our client, a prominent downtown Toronto law firm, is on the hunt for an experienced Litigation Executive Assistant to support a Senior Partner with their Employment Law litigation practice. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in client relations, communication, and appointment coordination.
What you will be doing:
- Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to a Partner, including conflict checks, opening and closing files, drafting routine correspondence, scheduling appointments, managing calendar, etc.
- Facilitate communication between Partner and clients.
- Ensuring client satisfaction by answering client queries and creating a positive experience that builds lasting relationships.
What we need you to bring to the position:
- Minimum of six (6) years’ experience in a professional services firm as a Legal Executive Assistant with emphasis on litigation.
- Completion of post-secondary Legal Assistant or Law Clerk program.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.).
