The Opportunity
We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to create visual communications that inspire, inform, and captivate both internal and external customers. The Graphic Designer’s responsibilities include the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos. The graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message.
Responsibilities
- Review design briefs and determine requirements.
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
- Build, create and execute marketing material for brochures, flyers, ads (print, web and gifs), tradeshow booths, social media graphics, presentations, eblasts and signage
- Work with marketers and creative directors to produce the final design.
- Ensure that all aspects of creative are appropriate, accurate, meet brand objectives and adhere to cohesive brand identity and voice
- Amend designs after feedback.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Adapt graphics across various media.
Qualifications
- Proven graphic designing experience.
- A strong portfolio of graphics.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Microsoft Sharepoint and Intranet sites
- Strong understanding of layout design, typography and color
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and positively in a fast-paced environment meeting tight deadlines and juggling multiple projects at once while maintaining a sense of prioritization based on company requirements.
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus.
