Job Overview:
HIRING BARBERS ONLY AT THIS TIME
Hourly Wage ($19.50-$25.85)
We are seeking skilled Barbers to join our team. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing exceptional grooming services to our clients while ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for barbering, excellent communication skills, and a strong focus on sanitation practices.
Responsibilities:
- Perform hair cutting, shaving, and grooming services according to client preferences
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment
- Utilize retail sales skills to recommend and sell hair care products to clients
- Upsell additional services to enhance the client experience
Qualifications:
- Proven 3 years experience as a Barber
- Proficiency in front desk operations and customer service
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Ability to perform fades, shaves and contemporary haircuts
- Experience in retail sales is a plus

Pay: $19.50-$24.25 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
