Role Description
This is a part-time/full-time on-site role for a Chemistry/Physics/Biology/Math Instructor at Selis Learning Academy in Burnaby, BC. The role involves teaching, developing lesson plans, conducting laboratory experiments, engaging in research and development activities, and fostering analytical thinking and communication skills among students.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills, Laboratory Skills, and Research and Development (R&D) expertise
- Effective Communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of Chemistry/Physics/Biology/Math for Grades 9-12
- Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning
- Ability to inspire and motivate students
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Mathematics, or related field
- Previous teaching experience is an asset
