Job summary.
Our growing agency needs a motivated Bilingual Account Coordinator to support in the development of innovative marketing programs and ongoing client projects.
As the Account Coordinator, you will support the account team on various tasks including ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns, supporting in the development of content for social media and other digital campaigns, tracking budgets, research, monitoring projects to ensure they meet timelines, evaluating each campaign for effectiveness and maintaining client relationships.
Here’s what you’ll do. (responsibilities)
- Serve as an integral member of the account team with responsibility for coordinating existing programs, and support on the development of new projects.
- Maintain project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction with regular reporting to Account Management
- Support internal teams across the agency including public relations, creative, digital, social and production, in meeting program goals
- Regular client communication for project updates and issue/inquiry resolution
- Develop and maintain rapport with clients, vendors, suppliers, and external partners
- Meeting coordination – both internal and client meetings
- Coordinate the development of polished client presentations
- Actively contribute to overall creative ideation with the agency team
- Lead the organization of promotional and internal events
- Creation and tracking of project timelines, and regular updates to Account Manager

- All other duties as assigned
Here’s what we’re looking for. (qualifications & requirements)
- Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree
- 2+ years of relevant marketing experience
- Agency experience is a plus!
- Highly organized as well as ability to be highly flexible in a fast-paced atmosphere
- Proactive self-starter, able to identify projects and tasks, and see them through execution
- Organized with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently between accounts and projects
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, resourceful, with an extreme attention to detail
- Polished, professional demeanor, team player who loves to solve problems
- Must be flexible and able to adapt to changes quickly and efficiently
- Strong computer and software skills – PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Adobe and Social Media
