As a Marketing Assistant, you'll serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring our products are readily available to consumers in settings. Your role involves building rapport and relationships with our clients' consumer base, creating a welcoming and positive experience.

Responsibilities include:
- You will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales responsibilities including customer service and developing relationships with customers
- Attend daily training sessions and workshops to increase product knowledge and to stay current with all of our client’s products, services, and pricing
- Develop product knowledge and practice active listening with customers and clients in order to translate that knowledge into tailored solutions with each customer interaction
- Deliver exceptional customer service by professionally addressing client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in direct-to-customer sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential customers
