We are inviting applications for the role of Sr. Administrative Assistant for our client based in Toronto, Ontario. In this role, you will undertake a range of administrative duties, including office management, calendar management, and handling phone calls. This opening offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee office operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Manage schedules and calendars for seamless coordination of appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming calls, providing information and redirecting calls as necessary
- Expense reporting
- Assisting with project related work
- Engage with courier services for efficient dispatch and receipt of packages
- Perform general ad hoc administrative tasks as and when required
- Utilize CRM software for customer relationship management
- Proficiency in using Concur for expense management
- Familiarity with CRM systems for customer relationship management
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to coordinate and manage conference calls effectively
