DuMoulin Boskovich LLP is a law firm located downtown Vancouver, looking for a professional, friendly receptionist to greet our clients. In this front desk receptionist role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact with all clients and provide great customer service. Our ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills and some experience working in an admin role.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Answer phone and direct clients/prospects to the appropriate lawyer/team and ensure to follow-up in a timely manner;
- Use law firm computer to monitor emails and faxes and ensure they get to the right individual promptly;
- Responsible for receiving payments (cash, checks, and credit card payments) from clients and document the amount received for accounting
- Maintain confidentiality of client and company information at all times
- Communicate with Courier services and mail services
