*Job Overview* We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a warm welcome to guests and ensuring they have a pleasant dining experience. *Duties* - Greet guests as they arrive and bid them farewell as they leave - Manage reservations and seating arrangements - Provide menus and assist with any inquiries about the menu - Maintain cleanliness in the lobby area - Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service - Handle phone calls and take reservations - Assist in coordinating take-out orders *Requirements* - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred - Knowledge of POS systems is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Strong phone etiquette skills - Willingness to help wherever needed to ensure guest satisfaction
