Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a New Homes Sales Representative with Oracle Group Realty in Mississauga, ON. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling new homes, providing excellent customer service, conducting market research, coordinating sales activities, and negotiating contracts with potential buyers. The Sales Representative will report to the Vice President, Sales & Marketing and be responsible for daily, weekly reporting to key stakeholders internally & externally.
Applicants MUST have new homes, high rise sales experience for inside sales team.
Qualifications
New Home
- Sales, and Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and home building processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Experience in closing sales and meeting targets
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Valid Real Estate License
- Access to a reliable vehicle to attend off site meetings & sales events/activities
Expected Hours: 5 days/ week including weekends & special events from time to time. Retail Hours 12pm - 5/6/7pm special events (earlier morning/later evenings)
