- Greet and welcome guests
- Provide recommendation
- Maintain cleanliness
- Handle transaction
- Monitor customer behavior
- Restock supplies/inventory check
- Promote specials and events
- Ensure compliance with regulation
- Extensive knowledge of mixology and a diverse range of beverages
