Where you come in is we need driven and passionate engineers to come in and complete our next level training and start taking the weight off these contractors shoulders in estimating and project management.
As a fast growing company you would come in as an estimator and within a year be running your own team if you have what it takes.
We DON'T care about age and experience we care about a person's integrity and ability to learn and improve.
Then if you can run a team and successfully spawn off new teams you will be offered to run a division like electrical or plumbing.
And if you are truly exception you will then be able to open a new vertical such as distribution or manufacturing.
