Responsibilities:

Engage with customers proactively to understand their needs and provide solutions
Multitask and assist multiple customers simultaneously
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and provide exceptional customer service
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Promote and represent our company with pride
Collaborate effectively with the team
Perform store merchandising and cleaning tasks
Solve any difficulties or issues customers may have with cell phones or in-store experience
Hand out flyers and prepare basic sales reports
Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and POS systems
Stay up-to-date with new cell phone and home service technology

Requirements:

More than one language is preferred
Retail sales experience preferred
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
Self-motivated and willing to go the extra mile to close a sale
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and POS systems
Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service
Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:

Competitive wage/salary or hourly rate including bonus/commission
Starting wage based on experience
