We are a team of best in class registered professionals, that have diverse backgrounds and cover a wide variety of practice methods to service all needs. We are currently looking to add an awesome Clinical Child, Adolescent, and Family Therapist to our team.

Who we are

Straight Up Health is a mental health and wellness clinic. We offer teens, young adults, parents and families access to approachable, empowering mental health care. We aim to modernize traditional therapy settings, and support individuals in building resilience and confidence. Together as a team we are working to break down stigma and normalize support, providing connective and personalized therapy options on a case-by-case basis.

The Role

Straight Up Health is seeking a new Clinical Child, Adolescent, and Family Therapist to add to our growing practice of skilled, personable and career driven team, in either a part-time or full-time position. This will be an independent contractor position.

The ideal candidate would have a client base and someone who is looking to run their practice as part of our team. We are also open to someone who is driven, eager and who is looking to build out a new practice, as we are seeing a high demand for individual and family work through therapy.

The ideal candidate will possess:

● Experience providing therapy and working directly with youth, adolescents, and their families

● Specialization in work with youth aged 7 - 25 years old

●Master’s level training in social work, psychotherapy, psychology, counselling or related area

● License to practice psychotherapy in Ontario with the CRPO, CPO, or as a RSW

● A strong foundation in ethics, codes of conduct, and standards of practice

● Ability to work in a team environment

● Strong interpersonal skills
