About Us:
Rafat General Contracting is hiring a Foreman to lead site servicing crews for industrial , commercial and road developments.

Position Overview:
As a Foreman, you will be directly responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of crews working on the installation of storm, sanitary, and watermain systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the installation of stormwater management systems, including large-diameter pipes, culverts, manholes, and interceptors.
Manage the installation of sanitary sewer mains, service laterals, and connections to existing municipal systems.
Oversee the installation of watermain infrastructure, including pipe bedding, valves, hydrants, and pressure testing.
Monitor trenching, shoring, and excavation to ensure safety and compliance with project specifications.
Ensure crews follow proper installation techniques for pipe alignment, jointing, and backfill compaction.
Coordinate equipment usage, material deliveries, and inspections.
Provide on-site troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in site servicing or civil construction.
Strong understanding of utility installation techniques and safety requirements.
Leadership experience managing crews in a non-union environment.
