We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team! You will play a key role in promoting our sustainable products, expanding our customer base, and driving revenue through outstanding sales and service.

*Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

*Responsibilities:

1. Actively engage with potential customers to promote our bamboo fiber products.

2. Build and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Educate clients about the benefits of sustainable materials and our product offerings.

4. Achieve and exceed sales targets, earning commissions through successful deals.

5. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations.

6. Collaborate with the sales team to develop growth strategies.

7. Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

*Qualifications:

1. High school diploma (required).

2. 1+ year of sales experience (required).

3. 1+ year of customer service experience (required).

4. Fluent in English (required).

5. Proficiency in a second language is a plus.

6. Passionate about sustainability and eco-friendly products.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

8. Goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

9. Strong organizational and time management skills.

10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.

*Additional Compensation:

Commission-based income: Earn additional revenue by meeting and exceeding sales goals.
