We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Store Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping and playing experience for both children and parents. Your ability to connect with kids and effectively communicate product benefits will be key to driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Manage transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and processing returns.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.
Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
Uphold company policies regarding customer service standards and store operations.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
Previous experience in taking care of children aged 1 -8 years old is preferred but not required.
Fluent in Mandarine Chinese and English is essential for this job. Other languages are also bonus.
Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanour.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution in a retail setting.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
