North York Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic is looking for a Part time (Saturdays) Admin/Receptionist to join our multidisciplinary team made up of Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Massage Therapists.

Responsibilities

Answering phones, faxing, & emailing.
Booking appointments accurately based on patients treatment plans
Managing reception area and patient flow as per clinic protocols
Billing to third party insurance companies through various portals
Daily & Monthly Balancing & Reports
Other administrative tasks
Reviewing OCF forms
Clinical Notes & Records
Communication with Case Managers/Nurse Consultants/Adjusters/Lawyers

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in a fast paced rehab (physio/chiro) clinic environment would be an asset but not a requirement
Knowledge of HCAI, SABS, Insurance company submissions
Experience with Universal Scheduling would be considered an asset
Excellent team work & problem solving skills
Ability to communicate clearly with patients and staff
