Job Role:

Dental Receptionist/Front Desk, is the first point of contact for our patients, and an essential part of our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills and organized. Main responsibilities will include:

- Patient Relations: Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor, making them feel comfortable and at ease as they arrive for their appointments.Coordinate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure smooth patient flow. Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service

- Scheduling: Efficiently manage appointment bookings to ensure a smooth and organized flow of patients, making the best use of our dental team's time.

- Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing patient records, and coordinating with insurance providers. Assist with billing and financial transactions, including processing payments and providing cost estimates to patients

- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our dedicated dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience from check-in to check-out.

Requirements:

Previous experience working as a receptionist in a dental or medical office is preferred
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and team members.
Strong organizational abilities to manage appointment schedules and administrative tasks effectively.
Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes is a plus
Proficiency in using phone systems and scheduling software
Proficiency in dental software and computer skills is an advantage.
